Q. Will I need to rent a generator?

A. If you have an electrical outlet(s) within 100ft of rental location we will run a heavy duty extension cord.

Q. How much does it cost to rent a generator?

A. We can supply you with a 2 outlet generator for $60.

Q. How much does it cost to run with an electric cord?

A. Running our blower for 24 hours will consume less than $5.

Q. Do I supply my own electric cord?

A. No, we will supply a heavy duty appropriate cord.

Q. Does the inflatable need to stay plugged in?

A. YES at all times.

Q. My yard is on a hill can we still rent an inflatable?

A. You can only inflate your moon bounce/water slide on a leveled area.

Q. I have scheduled a delivery but need to cancel what do I do?

A. Please contact us immediately with information, we will try our best to accommodate your rental at a later date permitting availability of product.

Q. Do you require a deposit?

A. Yes, a non refundable $50 deposit to reserve your time slot

Q. What if it rains or high winds?

A. Inflatables are weather permitting, Primo Parties takes safety seriously and will not deliver the inflatable in unstable conditions. We will work with you to reschedule your event according to availability, and in this rare instance if you request a refund of your deposit it WILL be granted.

Q. What do I do if a storm is passing through?

A. The operator must deflate the device and unplug all electrical hazards.

Q. Do you charge a delivery and installation fee?

A. No

Q. Is there a time frame for delivery?

A. You can request a time for delivery we like to be set up and prepared about 1-1.5 hours before you scheduled event.

Q. Is my rental time included in the set up and delivery?

A. Of course not, we want you to enjoy as much time as possible with your rental!

Q. How far do you travel?

A. We are willing to travel to you location without additional fee(s) up to 45 minuets.

Q. Do you charge a clean up fee?

A. No

Q. What if I have a question or problem during my rental?

A. Call us immediately!

Q. Will the Rental fit?

A.

  • Flat surface is a must
  • No overhead tree limbs or wires within 10’
  • Accessible to power and water (if applicable)
  • Inflatables require blowers, which hook up to “stems”. Stems need to blow straight, which requires a total of 4’ away from the inflatable for safety
  • Blowers cannot be set up near loose leaves/debris or trees with leaves (air intake can clog the blower)
  • Entrance to inflatables needs to be clear of any obstruction within 5’
  • No part of the rental can be set up touching anything (fence, house, curb, etc.)
  • Some units weigh in excess of 1,000 lbs. We must know of any uneven surfaces, steps or obstacles that may prevent our driver from safely maneuvering the rental into/out of position
  • Setup area must be clear of rocks, sticks, roots, and feces to ensure a safe setup

Q. I misjudged the space for my rental what now?

A. Primo Parties will work with you to deliver a safe and fun time for your event. In the instance we cannot set up due to location. If the location does not allow us to install the inflatable additional fee(s) may occur for traveling distance.
